From age 12+

Join us for two days of deepening your knowledge, skills and techniques to help you become a confident diver. Whether you have no experience or are a surfer, spearfisher or water enthusiast, this course will give you the foundations and expansion you need to dive safely and comfortably.  allowing you to dive from 10-20metres and covering all the essentials needed to get you there. We will focus on relaxation, equalisation, breathing, safety, physiology, technique and mental approach. Delving much deeper beyond just the act of diving, we will share insights and practices that not only will support your diving journey but translate across into your everyday life, and leave you with a deeper understanding of your body and self.

  • How to correctly weight yourself (buoyancy check)

  • How to efficiently Duck dive

  • Free immersion

  • Constant weight

  • Efficient finning technique

  • How to be a good buddy

  • Rescue procedure

Equipment needed

  • wetsuit

  • mask and snorkel

  • fins (longer free dive fins recommended)

  • weight belt and weights
