This course is for those who have completed their level one course or equivalent and are looking to develop their skills, technique and dive deeper. Our level 2 course focuses on expanding your knowledge and understanding of what happens to the body at depth, aswell as focusing on a deeper level of relaxation. Mental techniques and equalisation. We also practice our no fins discipline in level 2, which is so much fun and truly the epitome of freediving.

  • Breath hold techniques

  • Relaxation strategies

  • Equalisation training

  • Barotraumas and how to avoid them

  • Advanced freediving theory

  • 3 hour pool session

  • Static breath hold

  • Dynamic breath hold

  • No fins technique

  • Lung stretching

  • Refining each disciplines technique

2x open water sessions

You will learn:

  • How to comfortably dive between 20-30m

  • Free fall technique

  • Refining Free immersion and Constant weight technique

  • Equalisation techniques

  • Perform deep rescues

  • How to no fins dive between 15-20m

  • wetsuit

  • mask and snorkel

  • fins (longer free dive fins recommended)

  • weight belt and weights
